APPLIANCES
Limited 12-month Warranty

Tefal warrants all products to be defect-free in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months domestic use (3 months commercial use) from date of purchase, which is your guarantee of Tefal reliability.

 

Should your appliance or accessory develop any malfunction during the warranty period, it should be returned to the retailer from which it was purchased. 

This warranty excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, accidental damage, negligent handling by any common carrier, being tampered with by unauthorised persons, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Samples and demonstration units are not covered by this warranty.

 

Replacement warranty also excludes breakages and consumable items. The normal life of accessories (such as filters, seals etc..) is limited. These parts are excluded from the guarantee and will require periodic renewal. Tefal reserves the right not to replace any packaging, instructions, or recipe books unless faulty.

Repairs not covered by this warranty will be performed at current cost for parts and labour. 

 

This is a limited warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability. In Australia, this guarantee is additional to the conditions and guarantees which are mandatory as implied under the Trade Practices Act 1974 and State and Territory legislation. If purchased overseas, the normal 12 months Replacement Warranty applies.

COOKWARE, BAKEWARE AND PRESSURE COOKERS
Limited Lifetime Warranty

Tefal warrants the handles, body, knobs, lids and fixings of the non-stick pan and pressure cookers to be free of any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase for a period of 12 months. The non-stick coating is guaranteed for the life of the pan against blistering or peeling.

 

Should your appliance or accessory develop any malfunction during the warranty period, it should be returned to the retailer from which it was purchased. 

 

This warranty excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, accidental damage (including overheating), or commercial use. It does not cover stains, discolouration or scratches on the inside or outside of the product due to normal wear and tear. Dishwasher effects and damages are not covered under the warranty.

 

Replacement warranty also excludes breakages and consumable items. The normal life of accessories (such as pressure regulator, safety devices etc..) is limited. These parts are excluded from the guarantee and will require periodic renewal. Tefal reserves the right not to replace any packaging, instructions, or recipe books unless faulty.
