Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken breast, cut into 2-cm cubes
  • 1 red pepper, cut into cubes
  • 2 courgettes, unpeeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon runny honey
  • 2 oranges juice + zest of 1 orange
  • 30 g tomato ketchup
  • 2 oranges for presentation, cut in half
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Make skewers by threading chicken, peppers and courgettes alternately. Mix the honey and orange juice with a little ketchup, salt, pepper and the grated orange zest. Pour into a dish and marinate the skewers for a few minutes.

Steam the skewers for 15 minutes with the starter and the dessert.

In a saucepan, reduce the marinade a little. After steaming, roll the skewers in this reduced juice and poke them into the halved oranges.
