Marinate the monkfish medallions with the onion, oil, chervil, paprika, pepper, salt and preserved lemon for 5 minutes.
Add fish to ActiFry and set to cook for 5 minutes.
Add the prawns and the cream and set to cook for a further 2 - 3 minutes. Serve with the pan juices.
TIP Add some mussels to the dish when adding the prawns and cook until they open. You can also add a variety of herbs and spices such as parsley, chives and curry powder.
