Thread the prawns on the skewers and set aside.
Steam the miniature vegetables for 15 minutes. After 9 minutes, open and add the prawn skewers. Close, push the Vitamin+ booster button and continue cooking for 6 minutes.
After cooking, remove the vegetables and the skewers. Mix the lemon juice with the fromage frais and the chives. Serve a bed of vegetables on warmed plates, place the skewers on top and drizzle with the sauce.
