Ingredients

  • 800 g large prawns
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 ActiFry spoons virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

Rinse the prawns under cold water and dry well. Put them in a dish and spread with garlic, onion, parsley and olive oil. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Put the prawns with the marinade in the ActiFry and cook for 12 minutes. When the prawns are bright orange in colour, season with salt and pepper.

Turn off the ActiFry and wait 2 minutes before serving with lemon wedges.
