Preparation

Heat the honey in the ActiFry bowl for 6 - 8 minutes until it caramelizes.

In the meantime, prepare the pineapple and mango. For the pineapple cut off the crown and the base. Remove the skin, cut into 8 pieces and remove the core, then cut into little 1-cm cubes.

Cut the mangoes to the same size as the pineapple.

Place the pineapple and mango chunks into the ActiFry with mint and set to cook for 4- 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with a scoop of ice-cream or sorbet.
