Put the peppers, onions and garlic in the steam basket.
Cook for 15 minutes with the main dish and the dessert.
With a food processor or blender, blend the steamed vegetables, the remaining ingredients, 10 coriander leaves and the ice cubes until smooth. Adjust the seasoning. Serve very cold. Decorate with the remaining coriander leaves and sprinkle with the wholemeal croutons.
