Ingredients

  • 1 courgette, cut in sticks
  • 1 carrot, cut in sticks
  • 1 pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 onion, peeled & sliced
  • 4 radishes, cut in slices
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 90 g black olive tapenade
  • 4 pieces bread, toasted
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Put all the vegetables on the cooking tray and season with salt and pepper.

Steam for 15 minutes with the main course and the dessert.

When cooked, mix the vegetables with olive oil and add the coriander. Spread the tapenade on the pieces of toast and top with the vegetables.
