Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes (fluffy variety such as Maris Piper or King Edward)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

This recipe is cooked using the Tefal OptiGrill Elite automatic program for potatoes. #smartgrills #quickandeasy #entertaining

1. Turn on the grill. Select the POTATO program and press OK.

2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into 1 cm slices. Mix with the olive oil, herbes de Provence, salt and pepper.

3. As soon as preheating is complete, put the potato slices on the grill (you will need to cook them in batches) and close it.

4. Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the screen.

5. Transfer the potatoes to a dish and sprinkle with Parmesan shavings.

Tip: You can add garlic powder or replace the herbs de Provence with paprika.
