  • 185g dates, softened in boiling water then drained
  • 40g oats
  • 40g shredded coconut
  • 225g diced red apple
  • 120g nuts (almonds and macadamias)
  • Natural yoghurt, to serve


1. Install the Kneading and Crushing blade on the i-Companion XL

2. Pulse the dates, oats, shredded coconut, nuts and apple until the mix looks like muesli, approximately 20-30 seconds, be careful not to puree

3. Divide into 2 bowls and top with natural yoghurt and chia seeds
