Ingredients

  • 225 g bacon lardons
  • 525 g chicken thigh fillets, diced (3-4cm)
  • 300 g mushroom, diced
  • 225 g zucchini, cut into small cubes
  • 1200 g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 3 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1.5 tbsp tomato puree
  • 3 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 375 g fusilli pasta
  • 400 ml water

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Lightly brown the bacon and chicken (in batches if required) .

Add the remaining ingredients. Stir well until combined.

Pressure Cooking Time: 8 mins.

Serve and enjoy!
