Preparation

#MealPrep This three-bean chilli recipe is a delicious and hearty vegetarian option. It makes a great meal prep or party dish and is quick to put together. Best paired with freshly toasted bread or some nachos. This recipe is created by Tefal brand ambassador, Lorena Lys.

1. Using your Cook4me+ select “Manual”, then “Classic Cooking” then “Browning”. Wait for the bowl to heat up and pour in the olive oil. 2. Add the garlic and onion and stir until sautéed and translucent. Add tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the crushed tomatoes, spices, beans and corn and mix through. 3. Now select “Manual” and “Pressure Cooking” and scroll and click to adjust the time to 5 minutes. 4. Once the Cook4me+ has automatically released the pressure, open the lid and leave to cool a little bit in the appliance. Ladle into bowls and garnish with coriander. Enjoy!
