Ingredients

  • 750 mL whole milk
  • 120 g plain Yogurt (1 pot)
  • 7 tbsp rose syrup
  • Crystallised rose petals (from a delicatessen)

Preparation

Pour 1 tablespoon of rose syrup on the bottom of each pot.

Mix the milk with the Yogurt and 12 tablespoons of rose syrup with a fork until smooth, then pour very carefully into the pots so that the syrup does not mix.

Cook for 8 hrs in Yogurt mode. Leave to cool and then refrigerate.

Sprinkle with crystallised rose petals before serving.
