Companion - Banana Cake for Babies

• 80 g T45 flour or cake flour
• 0,75 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• 70 ml milk
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 egg
• 0,5 banana
• 4 individual cake pans (or 5-8cm diameter verrines)
• 1 sheet baking paper

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the flour and baking powder. Place the diced banana, milk, sugar and egg in the baby bowl fitted with the knife. Close the lid of the baby bowl. Lock the lid of the Companion bowl with the stopper and mix at speed 10 for 30 s.

Add the flour and baking powder in the baby bowl. Mix at speed 13 or on pulse mode until the dough is homogeneous.

Pour the preparation into the cake pans and cook in the oven for 15 mins.
