Ingredients

  • 50 g onion
  • 100 g rice (for risotto)
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 30 g frozen green peas
  • 40 g ham, diced
  • 250 ml poultry stock

Preparation

Peel and dice the onion. Place the onion in the baby bowl fitted with the knife. Close the lid of the baby bowl. Lock the lid of the Companion with the stopper and mix at speed 11 for 10 s. Remove the baby bowl.

Pour 0,7 L of water in the companion bowl and attach the baby bowl with its lid and 30 cl of water inside. Lock the lid of the Companion with the stopper and start cooking at 100 C° for 5 min.

Add the rice, ham and poultry stock, Start the P1 steam program for 25 mins.

At the end of the program, add the green peas and launch again the P1 steam program for 5 mins.

Add the Parmesan and the butter. Mix and serve immediately.
