Dice the pear and apples. Add them in the Companion bowl fitted with the mixer. Add the lemon juice and some water in the bowl. Launch the Companion at speed 3 at 95°C for 20 min.
Add all the ingredients in the baby bowl fitted with its knife. Close the lid of the baby bowl, lock the lid of the companion bowl and mix at speed 12 for 30 s.
