Ingredients

  • 480 g Japanese rice, rinsed
  • 100 g minced pork
  • 60 g carrots, sliced
  • 470 ml Dashi stock, or fish stock
  • 20 ml soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 3 tbsp shiitake or regular mushrooms
  • 1 tsp sugar

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Add all ingredients in the pot. Stir well to combine.

Pressure cooking time: 5 mins.

Serve and enjoy!
