Ingredients

  • 2 sausages
  • 6 vine heirloom tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 mushrooms, quartered
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 hashbrown
  • 1 sourdough slice, toasted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Arrange all the ingredients in the large basket of the Ultimate Fry Deluxe air fryer. For the eggs, use an individual portion cake tin or egg rings to bake the eggs in (if you don’t have either, it is fine to bake the eggs along with the other ingredients).

2. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and bake at 160C for approximately 20mins (stopping halfway to turn the sausages and hashbrown) or until cooked to your liking.

3. Serve.
