Ingredients

  • ¾ cup raw Sugar
  • 2 eggs, large
  • 1 cup Slivered Almonds
  • 1 cup figs, diced
  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp bicarb soda
  • 200g milk chocolate bits
  • 200g butter, lightly salted

Preparation

1. Place sugar and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 60sec increments, mixing in between until butter is completely melted and mixed with sugar. Allow to cool slightly before whisking in eggs. Set aside until needed. 2. In another bowl add flour, baking powder, bicarb soda and mix well. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix with a wooden spoon until all well combined. 3. Press cookie dough in the large basket of the Ultimate Fry Deluxe air fryer, making sure you have an even layer. Select baking setting and bake on 190c for approximately 15-20 mins or until fully baked. 4. Serve with your favourite vanilla ice cream.
