Stir together the chia seeds, garlic powder, pepper, dried dill and two pinches of salt.
Coat the top of the salmon fillets liberally with the chia seed mixture, and press down on it with your fingers to make it stick.
Heat some olive oil in your TEFAL frying pan, and add the salmon with the chia crust facing down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the crust is lightly golden-brown.
Gently flip the fish over to keep the crust intact, and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes or longer, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
