Ingredients

  • 2 apples, peeled, cored, and cut in quarters
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 70 g flour
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Icing sugar (to serve)

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

In a mixing bowl, add egg yolk, milk, and flour. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites and sugar until it forms stiff peaks. Then gently fold in the first mixture.

Lightly grease the bowl. Install the Extra Crisp lid and preheat for 3min at 200°C.

Dip the apple pieces in the batter and add to the bowl.

Install the Extra Crisp lid and start the Manual program: 5 min at 200°C.
