Ingredients

  • 250 g cooked kidney beans, drained
  • 200 g cooked chickpeas, drained
  • 4 tbsps of flour
  • 1 tbsp of water
  • 3 small shallots, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsps of ras-el-hanout
  • Cooking spray oil
  • 2 tbsps of chopped coriander
  • Salt, Peper

Preparation

This recipe requires the Cook4me Extra Crisp lid accessory. #Brunch2021

Prepare the ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients together except the oil. With wet hands, make balls 4 cm in diameter.

Spray the the balls with cooking oil. Place them in the bowl.

Place the Extra Crisp lid on, set it to the Grill function for 25 minutes at 200°C, turn halfway through cooking.

Serve with a yoghurt sauce.

Tip: For optimal results, follow the specified quantities.
