Cook4me+ Potato Bake Express

• 800 g of potatoes, washed, peeled cut into large cubes
• 200 g of bacon chopped (natural or smoked)
• 2 onion, peeled and thinly sliced
• 150 ml of pouring cream
• 250 g of Camembert cut into pieces
• 70 ml of water
• Salt and pepper
• 1 tbsp of olive oil

Prepare the ingredients.

Add the oil to the pot

Brown the bacon and the onions.

Add the potato cubes. Add the cream and water. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

Cook under pressure : 8 min.

Put the cheese on top. Keep warm for 5 min.
