Ingredients

  • 200 g of frozen peas
  • 200 g of sweet potato, peeled & chopped in 2 cm cubes
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp of ground cumin
  • 2 x 30 g of butter
  • 6 g of wasabi paste
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Add 200 ml cold water and the frozen peas to the bowl.

Fill the steaming basket with sweet potato and place in the bowl.

Cooking time: 5 min.

Purée sweet potato, lemon juice, cumin, salt & half the butter. Purée peas, wasabi, salt & half the butter. Chill in the refrigerator.

Serve!
