Prepare the ingredients.
Combine egg, almond meal, turkey mince and herbs. Form into balls (approx. 4 per person)
Pre-heat the pan then add the oil. Brown the meatballs (in batches if required) and set aside.
Put the onions and chicken stock in the pan and stir. Place the meatballs on top.
Pressure Cooking time: 4 min.
Gently stir in creme fraiche. Serve over zucchini noodles.
