Actifry Super Hot Creole Prawns

• 30 large prawns, peeled
• 150g large mushrooms ,chopped
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Cajun spices
• 500ml/1 pint tomato pulp
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• Salt, pepper

Heat the oil in the ActiFry pan. Add the onions, green pepper and chopped garlic. Cook for 6 min

Add the Cajun spices, cook for 1 minute and add the tomato pulp.

Cook for 15 min Add the seasoned prawns and cook for 5 min. Serve in a shallow serving dish with the cooking sauce
