Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the potatoes in 1cm sticks. Rinse the fries in water and dry thoroughly.
Add the fries to the bowl. Add olive oil and mix.
Install the Extra Crisp lid and start the Air Fry #3 program (33 min at 200°C). Stir halfway through the cooking.
