Asian pork meatballs by BMO

  • 250 g of finely minced lean pork
  • 25 g of finely chopped shitake mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp of finely chopped spring onion
  • 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander
  • 0.5 tsp of chilli purée
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 40 ml of sweet chilli dipping sauce
  • Salt


Prepare the ingredients.

Chop finely the mushrooms.

Chop finely the spring onion.

Line the steaming basket with non-stick baking paper. Mix all the ingredients. Form into balls.

Place 200 ml water in the bowl. Place balls in the steaming basket. Cook in batches.

Cooking time: 5 min.

Cook remaining meatballs. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
