  • 2 very ripe avocados
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 70 ml coconut milk
  • 30 g unsweetened cocoa
  • 80 g honey

1. Pour 0.7 L of water into the mixer bowl. 2. Add the chocolate to the mini bowl with the blade attachment. Close the mini bowl. Lock the lid with the cap and set on Manual mode on speed 5 at 100°C for 8 minutes. 3. Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone and collect the pulp. Add the avocado pulp, melted chocolate, coconut milk, cocoa and honey to the mixer bowl with the Ultrablade knife attached. Lock the lid with the cap and set on Manual mode on speed 11 for 1 minute. 4. Pour the mousse into a piping bag with a fluted nozzle and pipe into small bowls. 5. Leave to rest for 2 hours in the fridge before eating.
