  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g feta
  • 400 g dry tagliatelle
  • 3 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper



Heat up the olive oil in the stewpot. Add the feta, thyme and cherry tomatoes. Cook for around ten minutes, turning the feta around halfway through and the tomatoes from time to time.

During this time, cook the tagliatelle by following the instructions on the packet.

Serve the tagliatelle with the crumbled feta and tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper.
