Cook4me+ Banana Sesame Seed Envelopes

• 4 Bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
• 2 tbsp Brown sugar
• 2 tbsp Grated coconut
• 2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
• 1 tsp Sesame oil
• 4 30 cm square of greasepro of paper
• 4 Vanilla ice cream (scoops)

Prepare the ingredients.

Place 2 banana halves in the centre of a square of paper.

Sprinkle with coconut, sugar and sesame seeds.

Drizzle with sesame oil. Seal. Pour 200 ml water into the bowl.

Lower the basket of bananas into the bowl.

Cooking time: 3 minutes.

Open the envelopes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
