Ingredients

  • 200 g of red onion, diced
  • 2 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 4 tsp of chipotle/smoked chilli paste (adjust to taste)
  • 300 g green peppers, diced (2-3 cm)
  • 400 g of pinto beans (or kidney beans)
  • 400 g of canned chopped tomatoes
  • 100 g of celery, finely diced
  • 150 g of carrot, finely diced

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Soften the red onion and garlic in chilli paste.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.

Cooking time: 8 min.
