Ingredients

  • 750 g of lean beef mince
  • 1125 g Cooked pasta (to serve)
  • 150 g of finely chopped onions
  • 1.5 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 clove(s) of crushed garlic
  • 750 g of Bolognaise pasta sauce (jar)
  • 1 1/2 crumbled beef stock cube
  • 3 bay leave(s)

Preparation

Add olive oil in the bowl.

Brown beef, onion and garlic until meat is browned. Break down any lumps with a spatula.

Add remaining ingredients, season and stir well to combine.

Cook under pressure : 10 min

SEASON TO TASTE, REMOVE BAY LEAFS AND SERVE WITH COOKED PASTA!
