  • 4 shortbread biscuits or Speculaas, crumbled
  • 140 g fresh mixed berries (black currants, blackberries, raspberries)
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g caster sugar
  • 200 ml light Philadelphia style cream cheese
  • 120 g fromage frais (20%fat)


Divide the biscuits among the cups and pack in the bottom of each. Add the mixed berries.

Beat the eggs and sugar until thick and pale, then add the cream cheese and fromage frais.

Divide the mixture among the cups and cover with lids. Be careful not to fill them too full, so that the preparation does not overflow when cooked. Place cups in basket no. 3. Steam for 20 minutes. Serve this dessert at room temperature.
