1. Turn the grill on. Select the Seafood setting and press OK. Once the grill is preheated, place the prawns inside and cook until the desired cooking level is reached.
2. In a bowl, combine the red onion, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. In a large serving bowl, place the prawns, avocado and tomatoes. Drizzle with the sauce, gently toss and garnish with coriander.
Tip: You can also add lettuce and serve this salad as a light meal.
