Turn the grill on. Select the Seafood setting and press OK. Once the grill is preheated, place the prawns inside and cook until the desired cooking level is reached.
In a bowl, combine the red onion, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
In a large serving bowl, place the prawns, avocado and tomatoes. Drizzle with the sauce, gently toss and garnish with coriander.
