  • 7/8 cup of cream cheese (200g)
  • ½ cup of cottage cheese (125g)
  • ½ cup of sour cream (100g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar (85g)
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries (250g)
  • For the biscuit base
  • 1 cup of flour (140g)
  • ½ cup of sugar (100g)
  • 1/3 cup of soft butter (80g)
  • 2 tablespoons of milk


Preparation of the biscuit base : Mix flour and caster sugar in a bowl, add the cold butter in pieces and sand fingertips.

Add the milk to get a pastry, then spread it in the buttered accessory.

Place the accessory with the preparation inside in your OptiGrill before turning it on. Turn the grill on. Select the manual mode and select yellow color setting. Cook for 15 minutes.

Cheesecake In a bowl, whisk the cream cheese with the sour cream, cottage cheese and brown sugar. Add the eggs one by one.

Pour this mixture over the biscuit base and divide the blueberries on top. Bake 45 minutes in the oven accessory.
