Ingredients

  • 1 lb of beets, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch (1 cm) dice
  • 1.5 onion, diced
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • 1 bunch of Fresh dill (reserve some for serving) tied
  • 6 cups of vegetable brothS
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • sour cream and sniped dill

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Add vegetables to pot. Add tied dill and broth.

Cooking under pressure : 25 min.

Remove dill, add lemon juice. Season. Serve with sour cream and snipped dill.
