Ingredients

  • 300 grams flathead fillets, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 egg for the breadcrumb coating
  • 3 tbsp parmesan
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 6-8 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Salt, pepper
  • Sunflower oil

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Season the flathead pieces with salt and pepper.

Mix the flour and curry powder together on a small plate. Beat the egg in a small bowl.

Mix all the ingredients for the breadcrumbs together.

Coat each piece of fish with flour, then dip in the egg and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.

Pour a dash of sunflower oil into the bowl. Add the flathead pieces.

Place the Extra Crisp lid on. Cook on Manual mode for 14 minutes at 200°C. Turn halfway through cooking.

Serve with mayonnaise.

Tip: For optimal results during cooking, make sure the pieces aren’t stacked on top of each other.
