Ingredients

  • 280 g fresh pineapple, cut into a small dice
  • 40 g raisins
  • 4 tablespoons liquid caramel or caramel sauce
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated dessicated coconut

Preparation

Soak the raisins in orange juice until plump. Mix the pineapple with the raisins, and then add the caramel and the grated coconut.

Mix well and divide the mixture among the cups. Cover with the lids.

Place cups in basket no. 3 and steam for 15 minutes. Remove the covers just before serving.
