  • ‎40 store-bought samosa sheets
  • ‎1 cup boiled & mashed potatoes‎
  • ‎2 cups boiled sweet corn‎
  • ‎1 cup grated cheddar cheese‎
  • ‎¼ cup chopped coriander
  • ‎1 tsp chili paste‎
  • ‎½ tsp salt‎
  • ‎1 tsp black pepper‎
  • ‎2 beaten eggs ‎
  • ‎1 tbsp vegetable oil‎


In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, sweet corn, cheddar cheese, chili paste and coriander.‎

Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well to combine.‎

Shape the mixture into equal-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.‎

Form cones with each samosa sheet and fill it with the cheese mixture. Seal well and stick the ‎edge with beaten egg.‎

Place the samosas batches in Actifry Snaking Grid and brush with vegetable oil.‎

Fry for 10 minutes until your samosas are golden and crispy.‎
