In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, sweet corn, cheddar cheese, chili paste and coriander.
Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Shape the mixture into equal-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Form cones with each samosa sheet and fill it with the cheese mixture. Seal well and stick the edge with beaten egg.
Place the samosas batches in Actifry Snaking Grid and brush with vegetable oil.
Fry for 10 minutes until your samosas are golden and crispy.
