Ingredients

  • 600 g minced beef
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 4 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cumin
  • 4 burger or brioche buns
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Gherkins
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • Mustard
  • Sauces: BBQ, tomato, mayonnaise
  • Cheese slices (Cheddar, Mozzarella, etc)

Preparation

1. Combine the mince, salt, pepper, cumin, onion and parsley and mix well. Shape into 4 patties.

2. Lightly toast the halved buns in the pan.

3. Fry patties in the frypan, 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.

4. Assemble your burgers with garnishes of choice: mustard, mayonnaise, tomato, barbecue sauce; Fresh ingredients such as avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, gherkins, cucumber, cheese.
