Combine the mince, salt, pepper, cumin, onion and parsley and mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
Lightly toast the halved buns in the pan.
Fry patties in the frypan, 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Assemble your burgers with garnishes of choice: mustard / mayonnaise / tomato / barbecue sauce, and fresh ingredients such as avocado / tomatoes/ lettuce/ gherkins/ cucumber / cheese.
