  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 450 ml almond milk
  • Coconut oil for cooking

1. Stir together the chia seeds and water in a mixing bowl, and let stand for 10 minutes.

2. Add the flour, coconut oil and sugar to the chia seeds, then pour in the almond milk.

3. Whisk the ingredients together until the batter is smooth.

4. Preheat your Tefal frying pan, and melt a small amount of coconut oil.

5. Use a ladle to add some of the crêpe batter to the pan, and gently swirl it around to spread the batter evenly.

6. Cook the crêpes for 2 minutes on each side, and serve with jam or brown sugar.
