Brioche French Toast

Brioche French Toast

A quick & delicious breakfast, with fluffy brioche soaked in a vanilla-cinnamon egg mixture and served with berries, maple syrup & yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • 4 Slices of Brioche
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Caster Sugar

Method

  1. Mix the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar together.
  2. Soak the Brioche in the mixture for 30 seconds on each side.
  3. Place the Brioche in your Tefal Air Fryer Pizza Tray Accessory.
  4. Set to Air Fry at 200°C for 4 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve with berries, maple syrup and thick vanilla yoghurt.
