Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken thighs, cut in bite size pieces
  • 120 g breadcrumbs on a plate
  • 70 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt, Pepper
  • Spray cooking oil

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Put the flour, salt and pepper into a freezer bag. Beat the eggs in a bowl.

Put the chicken into the bag. Hold it closed and shake. Dip them into the eggs one by one, then roll in the breadcrumbs.

Lightly spray nuggets with cooking oil. Place the nuggets in the bowl.

Place the Extra Crisp lid on. Set it to Manual mode for 20 minutes at 200°C. Turn halfway through cooking.

You can leave the nuggets in the fridge for 30 minutes to soak up the oil for best cooking results.

Turn the nuggets halfway through cooking for best results. Do not stack the chicken nuggets on top of each other in the cooking pan.

Tip: For optimal results, follow the specified quantities.
