Ingredients

  • 500 g Cooked chickpeas (canned) rinsed
  • 200 g Small button mushrooms,chopped
  • 6 thin slices Dried tomatoes in oil chopped
  • 1 Onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 knob Butter
  • 2 Peeled and chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 to3 tbsp Washed and chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Put a small amount of the oil from the tomatoes in the bowl.

Add the onion and the garlic. Cook until lightly brown

Add the chickpeas, mushrooms, dried tomatoes and 70 ml of water. Season with salt and pepper.

Cooking time : 1 min.

Add the butter and parsley. Mix thoroughly and serve.
