Melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan and mix in the sugar. Remove from heat, add 5 (or 2 ½ for 6 pots) tablespoons of mascarpone and spread the mixture on the bottom of the pots.
Mix the milk and yogurt with a fork until smooth.
Melt the white chocolate in a saucepan. Remove from heat, and mix in the remaining mascarpone.
To this, add the milk and yogurt mixture and then pour very carefully into the pots.
Plug in the appliance, click once on "OK" to select the yogurt mode. If necessary, adjust the cooking time using the "+ -" keys. Confirm your choice by clicking on "OK".
When cooking is complete, leave yogurt to cool, put the lids on the pots and refrigerate.
