Companion - Small Brandade for Babies

• 100 g cod fillet
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 300 g potatoes

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Pour 0,7 L of hot water in the Companion bowl and fix the baby bowl fitted with the knife. Place the potatoes and 400 g of hot water in the baby bowl and close the lid. Lock the lid of the Companion and launch the P1 steam program for 20 mins.

Meanwhile, cut the cod.

At the end of the program, add the cod fillet and launch again the P1 steam program for 15 min.

At the end of the program, drain the potatoes and cod. Keep the cooking juices and empty the water from the Companion bowl. Place the baby bowl fitted with the knife in the Companion bowl and add the potatoes, cod fillet and olive oil. Mix at speed 12 for 45 s. Add some cooking juices until you obtain the desired consistency.
