Ingredients

  • 200 g ramen noodles
  • 400 g leeks
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 1000 ml chicken stock
  • 10 cm dried kombu seaweed
  • 30 g soy sauce
  • 3 sprigs asian chives

Remove the damaged leaves of the leeks and some of the green part, then wash the leeks thoroughly. Remove the stems from the kale leaves, then slice them thinly.

Pour the chicken stock and soy sauce into the bowl with the mixer attachment and add the kombu seaweed. Start the programme on Stew P1 for 6 minutes

Once the programme has finished, add the leeks and the kale and start the programme on Stew P1 again for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water, following the cooking time indicated on the package (around 5 minutes).

Remove the seaweed.

Serve the broth and the vegetables in bowls, then add the noodles.

Tip: Add a soft-boiled egg to each bowl of ramen.
