1. Put the butter into the mixer bowl with the kneading/crushing blade attachment.
2. Set it to speed 4 at 80°C for 4 minutes.
3. Add the sugar, milk and egg.
4. Lock the lid with the cap and set it to speed 10 for 1 minute.
5. Add the flour and the yeast.
6. Lock the lid with the cap and set on speed 10 for 2 minutes.
7. Pour the mixture into a bowl with a pour spout.
8. Heat a pan on medium heat.
9. Pour in large drops of batter to make small pancakes.
10. When bubbles start to appear, turn the pancakes over.
11. Cut the banana and the strawberries into slices.
12. Once all the pancakes are cooked, make skewers by alternating with the fruit on the sticks.
13. To serve, sprinkle with icing sugar or drizzle with maple syrup.
