Put the water and the yeast in the bowl with the Kneading/crushing knife. Start the robot Speed 3 at 40°C for 1 minute.
Add the flour, sugar, salt, diced soft butter and eggs. Start the P1 pastry program.
Leave the dough in the bowl at 40°C for 40 minutes.
Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it for a few moments.
Place it in a bowl and cover it with cling film.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Crush the pink pralines.
Take out the dough and roll it out to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Sprinkle with pink pralines and roll the dough to form a large roll.
Cut the dough into six sections.
In a cake pan about 20 cm long, place the dough sections vertically next to each other.
Cover with a clean cloth and let rise at least 1 hour at room temperature away from drafts. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
